Internationally acclaimed pianist Andre Watts has an impressive resume, having performed before royalty and heads of government around the world, played the first full-length recital to be aired on television, and been the youngest to be awarded an honorary doctorate from Yale University. He has recorded multiple albums, featuring the works of Liszt, Chopin, Gershwin, and more, and plays frequently with distinguished orchestras, such as the New York Philharmonic. However, on Tuesday, March 9, Watts will be performing a rare solo recital here in Edmond at 7:30PM at the Armstrong College (located near Waterloo and Bryant). This will be a special performance you won’t want to miss!
