5 pianos + 5 Juilliard-trained musicians = the 5 Browns. Having begun their piano studies at age 3, these prodigies became the first group of 5 siblings to be simultaneously accepted to the prestigious music school Juilliard in NYC. Their pianistic ability and virtuosic flair as they play 5 Steinway grands simultaneously has caught national attention, media coverage ranging from the Jay Leno show to 60 Minutes to the New York Times. For a taste of what the 5 Browns are like, watch this video of them playing the Flight of the Bumble Bee.
However, here’s your chance to see them in person! Armstrong College in Edmond will be hosting the 5 Browns on Thursday, Nov. 4 at 7:30PM. Tickets are available at www.armstrongauditorium.org.
